Beware of job offer scams
At ThoughtWhiz, we deeply value the trust and safety of our community. Recently, we have been made aware of instances where fraudulent individuals or groups are issuing fake job offers in our name to deceive and exploit unsuspecting candidates.
Please Note:

-
Authenticity of Offers: All official communication from ThoughtWhiz regarding job offers will come from our verified corporate email addresses (e.g., jobs@thoughtwhiz.com). We do not send job offers through unofficial channels, such as personal email accounts, WhatsApp, or social media messages.
-
No Charges or Fees: ThoughtWhiz does not charge any fees for job applications, interviews, or offer letters. Be wary of anyone asking for payment in return for a job opportunity.
-
Verification Process: If you receive an offer that seems suspicious, please contact us immediately at info@thoughtwhiz.com to verify its authenticity.
How to Protect Yourself:

-
Always double-check the sender’s email address and verify it against our official communication channels.
-
Never share sensitive personal or financial information with unverified sources.
-
Report any suspicious communication to your local authorities or police immediately.
Your safety is our priority. If you have any doubts or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Together, we can put an end to these fraudulent practices.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Stay safe!
