Full Stack Developer:

What You’ll Do:

Design and build features across the full stack using GoLang (backend) and Flutter (frontend/mobile)
Work closely with our product, design, and AI teams to create intuitive, impactful experiences
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Take ownership of major components and contribute to architectural decisions
Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with lots of autonomy and learning

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of experience in a startup or high-velocity tech environment
Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, system design)
Proficiency in GoLang and/or Flutter
A bias toward action and a passion for building from scratch
Team player with great communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience working on AI or automation products
Familiarity with sales or customer service tech stacks (e.g. CRMs, chat systems, ticketing)
DevOps or cloud experience (AWS)

Quality Assurance Engineer:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality user experiences across mobile and web platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for testing our Flutter-based applications (web + mobile), ensuring AI-driven user interactions are consistently reliable, and building a robust test automation framework.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain test automation scripts for Flutter-based mobile and web applications.
Perform manual testing of new features, regression cycles, and production releases.
Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Perform AI prompt testing, validating output consistency, relevance, tone, and accuracy across use cases.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure feature completeness and release readiness.
Report bugs with detailed reproduction steps, logs, and screenshots.
Maintain and improve CI/CD testing pipelines.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in software QA (manual + automation). Applicants must have hands-on experience; entry-level candidates will not be considered.
Experience with test automation tools for Flutter, such as: integration_test, flutter_driver, or Appium
Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques, bug lifecycle, and regression testing.
Experience writing and executing test scripts for REST APIs.
Familiarity with prompt engineering or validating LLM/AI system outputs is a plus.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with AI/ML-based products or tools like OpenAI, LangChain, etc.
Basic understanding of Flutter code to debug issues effectively.
Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
